Panel closes down
Healey Mills PSB old panel closed down last Saturday night/Sunday
morning. Heaton Lodge and Thornhill Jct relay room panels
had been in use for over a week, with the old panel just
controlling east of Thornhill LNW Jct.
At 0530 hrs on Monday 26th May the new panel was brought
into full use, on time, and with no problems of consequence.
