Read an article in the Yorkshire Post that Central Railways (?) want to start a Wakefield Kirgate to Manchester service using Inter City 125's. There would be 4 in each direction per day.
The service would run Newcastle to Manchester via Kirkgate.
A decission is due at the end of this month.
