The idea of the fence on the drive was to stop people depositing litter on the banking.
Also if you go on or near the track, you stand a good chance of having a brush with a train.
Locomotives are big, hard, dirty and heavy and if they hit you, they will hurt you, and it wont just be a headache.
So keep out of the yard, track and dont put yourself in danger as this causes major problems for the driver or shunter that is in charge of the train movement.
